サウナストーンに水をかけその蒸気を

浴びることで発汗を促す

中温〜高温が特徴で

ドライサウナよりも肌負担が少なく

リラックス効果も高いことが知られる

ロウリュとはフィンランド語で

『蒸気浴』を表す

サウナ後は外気浴を行うと

自律神経が整います

体温を冷ますことで

リラックス効果が高まりますので

サウナ横に外気浴用の椅子を
